Hi Preston, spent the last couple days catching up on your 'cowboy logs' and am in a bit of shock to tell the truth. I've heard of 'when it rains it pours' but jee whizz you guys out there are having one heck of a rainy season.
It saddened me to hear of the passing of one of your horses to cholic then the poor dogs, then those bloody wolves denning and never letting up on your cattle. That Laura person needs a good kick in the ass I wonder if she ever figured out your K.M.A. hee hee stupid girl.
Then I went from shock to disbelief about how bad horse sales are and that my lovely Cibique (I know I just butchered his name again) is now gone, I loved riding him for my week out there last year.
JF and I are both sorry that you have to downsize and change your program, but as we are not afraid of roughing it some will be back during your new arrangement of guest weeks. We also like your winter program idea. I don't know how it would be to ride in a snow suit but I would try.! We (JF) would love to get out there his new M4 and put the three S's into practice, it's a real shame those wolves have collars.
Anyway say hello to all out there for us and we're thinking of you back here in NJ and wishing you all the very best.
Caroline and JF
