I had my interview for promotion today and did I get it........ did I ####!!!! said my nursing skills were exemplary but I lacked maturity in my work...I work in a childrens cardiology intensive care for #### sake.. so #### them all #### #### #### them all...
I went to my grandmothers who burst into tears when I said I might not be able to make her birthday party... I have no control over my life never have had and never will have if I stay in this ####ing town ...
