Posted by Marianne I have found a picture of the "Baby Jesus" in which a doll of the Christ Child is dressed as a doctor (in white garb) with a medical satchel at his side. He is seated in a red chair with pillow under his feet/satchel. A hallo is about his head. The Child Jesus bears on his medical shirt: Dr. Jesus H.H.J.J. I remember reading something pertaining to this image in a Catholic publication, Your Sunday Visitor, a few years back. My rememberance is that a Mexican Catholic Nun began this devotion during the 1940's, Mexico. I am currently in need of healing. If anyone out there knows more on this particular devotion, i.e., Novena/prayers associated with same please explain. Also, I would like the specifics on this particular image/devotion. My thought is that there may be some Mexican Catholic's out-there-on-the-NET who could explain this to me. Any and all knowledge regarding this devotion would be very much appreciated. Thank you all, and may God Bless!
