Are you sure you are not losing too much weight? lots of work healthy body healthy appetite. You look fit and are fit. Be very careful. Are you on it already? you don't look like somebody who suffers from being obese don't try to lose too much. Feed for your working needs PLEASE...nervous energy eats up a lot. I'd stop it if i were you honestly and concernedly. itupsets the normal working of the body. you re very very slim and muscly stop where you are muscles consume fat so they help you keep the right weight. you look great anyway and your health FIRST!!!
