Forget all the bad of yesterday. Three years ago you kicked the big 'bottle'. Do you remember why? yes you do...and do you remember keeping afloat on your own...yes but striving away with all your might from major falls ...if they occurred they occured...move on. Bring it back to your memory...and bring back that driving force. and you are not on your own...
Small steps small steps one at the time.Holding her hand all the while leaning on her smile and her wink - 'come on shake yourself out of this' come with me...hold me in your arms and read me a prayer...Think of today or just tomorrow...join your hands in prayer and lift them all to the Lord ... turn all your tasks of the day into all day Love making - bearing good fruits with the one you love.
And then tired at the end of the day...you will gently nod off...
