Phil or Premier Greedy Networks?

Is this problem with Phil or with PremRad?
I know Art Bell left cuz of a 'bad back' (wink,wink) but its known now that he just got sick of Premier.
Where'as Art left rather than deal with it (he was against the whole streamlink crap) Phil seems to put up with it.
A lot of you at least got some stuff from this site....I found it too late.
