It's a scam

I spoke to Michael some time ago and it seems to me that the goons at the "official" site are using his creation to farm e-mails and jerk everybody around.
It would appear that MCS is being used to promote Phil as well. All of this is very odd considering anything you create and post to the web is proprietary/copyright to the creator.
Phil has simply turned into a real prick more interested in more money than fans.
So what else is new, right?
