Its hard to fathom what Phil's end-game is, and its quite true that he's pulling a bonehead move.
Only one person here (hi Gus) thinks Phil is all okay with his logic. But let's stop b###hing to each other and admit that we can either pay, move to a market, or shut up and go away.
