That story had two links in it: One for MCS.COM and the other for Phil's old Miami show. Soon after that Drudge was on Phil's show talking about the tv pilot. Phil like many other talk radio hosts reads the Drudge Report. Maybe I should say I thought Phil APPROVED of MCS.COM because the cease and desist letter came months after the story on Drudge Report. He read what Drudge wrote and could of sent a C AN D then but didn't. Therefore I thought he APPROVED of the site. Because whenever he complained about people jacking his audio he would mention poor sound quality and bad design. MCS.COM was designed great and the sound was alright. But I have a 56k modem and maybe it sounded better with a DSL line. MCS.COM IMHO was the site that the official PHS should be. It was easy to navigate and updated. Whoever designed it should do it for a living. So I was shocked to learn all these months later that Phil or Premiere or whoever sent a C and D. But if he wants to shut down sites. Fine.
