YOU have a radio show and YOU find out someone is posting audio of your show. What would YOU do? I think its more Premiere than Phil who pushed this. But he's still in the driver's seat. What probably set him off was MCS.COM posting his entire CDs. CDs whose profit all go to charity. I suppose that's alright too.
