Posted by The Mighty Bolverk "This website could remain open and publish only non-syndicated material, which neither Hendrie or Premiere owns, but why bother? All the stuff that I create will just end up on Hendrie's website." I assume that by non-syndicated the webmaster meant pre-syndication, or material from when Hendrie worked for KFI which, I assume, is owned by KFI. Has KFI complained about the posting of pre-syndication material? If not, then I think the site should remain open and publish it, unless and until KFI pulls the plug. And so what if Hendrie wants to download the pre-syndication material and post it on his own pay site? It seems to me that it is no different than when one of us downloads a copy of a file for our personal use...except, of course, that Hendrie created the material in the first place. Removing the syndicated material should not mean the end of this site...I think most of us probably came here to listen to pre-syndicated material, anyway. I know I did.
