Wow, you really saw such a sign posted outside of an Ace Hardware store? Sheesh, that is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! How in the f*** can they reinforce the disingenuous and false stereotype that smokers don't work as hard as non-smokers do? I know plenty, who probably can outperform how much regular work a non-smoker would do on a job.
