You hit that nail right on the head. I was amazed over the weekend when I was at the local Ace Hardware store. They had a sign in the window advertising for a part time bookkeeper for weekends. The sign said

1. Non Smoker
2. High School Diploma
3. 2 Years experience

How does being a non smoker affect your ability to do light bookkeeping part time for a small hardware store and why was it the 1st requirement on the sign. It should not be any business of thiers if you smoke or not as long as you follow any policy they have while you are working there.
