I sure wish free enterprise could determine this situation. There are plenty of businesses that would opt to be "smoke free" to cater to the antis. Likewise, there would be a few places that opted to allow smoking because it would be good for business. The antis don't want that; they want total control over everything without compromise. Sad thing is...they're winning the war one battle at a time.
Somehow I think they fail to realize that the mortality rate for humans is 100% whether you smoke or not.
