Wow, I had not even heard of job discrimination issues. I can't imagine being denied a job because you smoke unless it required some amazing type of endurance to complete the job and I would think that would require some type of physical test.
The advertising for the Anti movement is really starting to get out of hand here in Florida. It seems like this group called Tobacco Free Florida has unlimited funds to spend on TV and radio media advertising. I have to admit that I actually enjoy some of the commercials if I tune out the rhetoric as they show some very nice looking ladies smoking in a few of them.
