Replacing Internal Doors?

Hi - just wondering if anyone else has done this - we are looking into replacing the internal doors of our flat as the current ones are looking a little the worse for wear. I'm in brunel house, and I was wondering do any/all of the internal doors need to be fire doors?
Some of the ones we are replacing are fire doors, some are not. Some have automatic closers, some do not. Are there regulations from the estate regarding what type of doors are needed?
We have tried reaching the surveyor, but he appears to be a difficult man to track down. Any help much appreciated.

basic rule = replace like for like. If you leave a message at the office it is sometimes the best way to get in touch with Martin. He can probably pop round and advise you next time he is on site.

Thanks for the swift reply, I'll leave him a note but look into replacing like with like as you suggest in the interim.

The Surveyor is on leave at the momenr. Back next week.
You can identify fire doors by the blue spot on the hinge edge of the door.
