Having tried a few, Memsaheb is a clear favourite. The food tastes fresh and natural and doesnt have the crazy colours of the usual offerings. Before I discovered there, I always liked the Bhaji, which happens to be across the road so very handy. They are more your standard fare, although still pretty good and cheaper than Memsaheb. Also, the people that work there are less miserable!
