If anyone is experiencing problems with these services, there is a friendly reporter on the DSSC website (www.thedssc.co.uk - you have to register but it's free) looking for tales of woe for an article he wants to run in the Docklands newspaper... It's in the 'Lets help each other' section. If you would prefer to reply here or drop me an email, I'll do my best to get the info over to him. Pete.
