Hi, if anyone heard the noisy coming from 4th floor flat at Plate House at about 1.15 am and also 7.30 am on 22nd March (Saturday), please contact the Estate Office and make an official complaint about this instance. They know the flat number where the noisy coming from and they will be recording your complaint for future reference. This has been going on for over 3 months now and causing a lot of trouble for the residents of 4th floor Plate House. This has to stop, please let them know that you are not happy with this and want to live in peace. Many Thanks, Sam
