Within the next month we plan to move the BW Message Board to a system which is not open to the world to view. It will be able to be seen by leasees, shareholders, tenants, managing agents and any contractors working at Burrells and there will be different 'rights' of access depending on your status. In addition to a forum you will be able to report issues electonically and see if mail is awaiting you in the Estate Office. Further function will be developed as usage grows. Some of these new features will not be available immediately when we go live but will be introduced gradually. The Estate Office will be able to manage various aspects of the estate using this site. Can you e-mail me if you are willing to take part. I will give you the link to try it out from the middle of next week and ask you to post comments on the new forum contained in the site. This will become the Burrells Wharf Residents site as opposed to the Burrells Wharf Freeholds Ltd company site. I am looking for about 15 volunteers who are regular board users to try out the new system and some of the new features and feed back your thoughts.
