As a Leaseholder in the Chart House at Burrells Wharf you are invited to a meeting to discuss the problems with the lifts in Chart House. The meeting will be with representatives of Rendall and Rittner, your managing agents and Burrells Wharf Freeholds and will take place at 7.30 p.m. on Friday 18th January 2008 in the Function Room at Burrells Wharf. This is not a meeting of Burrells Wharf Freeholds Limited but an open meeting for all Leaseholders in Chart House. The areas that we intend to cover are: 1. The current problems with the Chart House lift and the recommendations for repair. 2. The processes that have to be followed for Capital Works Programme (Section 20). 3. The processes that we go through to set the annual Service Charge budget and how that relates to the Capital Programme. 4. The Long Term recommendations for the lift after the current repairs are complete. 5. Financing the repairs – Payment Options You will be given opportunities to ask questions and discuss the issues involved. We are restricting this meeting to discussions specifically about the Chart House and not other blocks with lifts. These will be addressed by other meetings.
