Just in response to this - the door to our block which is also Beacon House, has been temperamental and so, whilst I am sure people do let others in, it may well be that he got in through this way instead. I have often returned home to find the front door open. It has been reported and looked at in the past but continues to be a problem. Perhaps people could check as they come and go that the door has shut properly behind them to stop this happening in the future. Thx
