Phil, Please allow me to clear up some misconceptions in your e-mail. 1. Each block's leaseholders pay only for those works that apply specifically to that block. IE Chart House leaseholders did not pay a penny towards the repairs of The Wheelhouse roof. Conversely Wheelhouse leaseholders will not be paying a penny towards the Chart House lifts. 2. Car park leveling is not a block specific item and is paid by all leaseholders across the estate. Much like expenditure on the leisure centre etc.
