Agreed. It is crazy to hit us with a £1700 levy with 15 days notice. Christmas is cancelled I guess. I can't believe this cannot be done over time or at least warn us of the levy to come with the June bill - the work has not even started yet (although the lift hasn't been working in Chart House since September !) Serious cutbacks are going to have to be elsewhere because this is getting ridiculous. I'm trying to sell my flat at the moment - several viewers have said that Burrells seems expensive. Shame the AGM isn't in January - I reckon a few people would turn up ! Merry Christmas everyone (apart from whoever it who plans the finances for BWFL)
