again this is getting like a game of tennis but it appears stuck in baseline rallies. We appear to be victims of our own words and now making history fit the facts. I do not accept that any paty nows best but the dirtectors are anwserable and should answer thinks properly. However this string is not representative and should not be taken out of context. We have no committee minutes to refer too and therefore ask questions. Communication is obviously an issue and this message board is the entirley wrong place to do it. The directors should take one step back read the strings on plumbing, management fees, and other related issues and communicate a response to shareholders as to the way forward and leasons learnt. I don't want a return volley or lets talk about it at the AGM but give us planned and agred action, proper communication and leadership from the top
