Sorry - I understood what you meant. My reply may have implied otherwise though! It's been a long day.... In terms of your surprise that so many are not taking up the checks, don't be! i am currently sat here trying to get hold of some absolute idiot who is using a dodgy builder to do plumbing work. That tenant had no plumbing checks and has now caused two major leaks in a month to the flat below. This is the sort of absolute idiocy that we face on a day-to-day basis.
