I am sure that a good volume discount could have been achieved (as was done when we arranged for it in daytime) but the costs would still have beenn considerably higher (and I think that we are probably talking multiples rather than percentages). The way to get a higher take up as far as I can see it though is to enforce it. Although some people may find it easier at weekends and evenings, I think that the majority would still be difficult about it. I don't want to sound negative about my fellow residents (and actually whether I argue or agree with people on here I still prefer negative feedback to no feedback!) there is a general failure by people to want to participate. Hmmmm. Anyway. Someone will have to make the call on how to proceed next year. Feedback has been listened too.
