two valid suggestions have been made neither of which you have responded to. one is with respect to certification of works relating to electrical and plumbing. I am sure this will be viewed by insurance as proactive. Second is communication - perhaps when major issues are to be decided upon an EBM or consultation document. I am a member of a managemnt company for a grade 1 world hertitage site which has some 120 housholds etc all our AGMS, committee mins, etc are all available online behind a members only password secured area and go back 25 years. There are usually 4 comittee meetings a year and mins are posted once approved. This body deals with exactly the same issues and much more. Where are our minutes? We have the AGM but not the committe mins, the office doesn't have them - i've asked. If we are to improve communication and partisipation then communication needs to be more proactive. Thoughts???
