Dave,
Thank you for your response. All I can say is what would you have done? I have said this before we are between a rock and a hard place. We are criticized for having the present regime of plumbing checks, with all the grief that this is giving us and everyone else. BUT PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL US A REALISTIC WORKABLE ALTERNATIVE. I AM AT A TOTAL LOSS NOW WHAT THE BEST OPTION WOULD BE THAT WOULD MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY?
