Andy, my records go back to 1996 and i think that BW was looking good in terms of maintenance up until the year 2007 came. I presume you don't have a flat in the Wheelhouse cause these guys got hit by a 76% rise in 2007. Increase the reserve funds.... you name it! I am totally with you. I remember the Chesterton times. To be honest I did not hate them. The SC was stable and I was far more relaxed compared to the unbalanced times I face today. I don't think that any BWFL director financed his roof on a Malibu beach house but i fear that someone from Planet Plumbing got his done.
