This Friday, June 5th, is the 9th Annual Running of the Monk in Springfield Delaware County. We're offering a FLAT 5k course CLOSED TO TRAFFIC! And did I mention free beer and food? Every runner gets their choice of one free food item - Kielbasa, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Hot Dogs, and a Portabella Sandwich. Wahs it down with a beer compliments of Victory Brewing Company.
The race is at the Knights of Columbus in Springfield, Delaware County. Runners can also enjoy a dip in the pool after the race and enjoy the band.
If you preg-reg this week, you can pickup your race packet Wednesday Night at the The Running Place in Newtown Square, PA. The first 100 runners to pickup their packets at The Running Place get a FREE tech shirt compliments of Brooks!!!
