Lorne -- First question is which event is most important to you ? Once you decide that , then you can arrange your schedule properly. For example, if the 1/2 is the main event then you will be tapering at the philly and can treat it as a beautifully orchestrated training session. Maybe pick a leg that you want to hammer and see how you do, but not hammer all of them. If the philly tri is #1,then you will be tacking on the 1/2 and should expect less of a tremendous performance as you will have trained/tapered for an olympic. If you are shooting for both with equal goals, then you must be very careful. Now, if you are trained up for close to a full iron, then you should be able to do both well, no sweat. So the question remains -- Which is most important ? Hope this helps, and see you at philly.
