As a guest teacher for the Lower Merion School District, I've been working with the Fitness Committee to help organize their first ever 5K race. We are hoping for a decent turn out, but as first year races go- one never knows what to expect! I am attaching the link, if anybody is interested in running. I mapped out the course and it is quite a challenging one for a 5K. http://www.lowermerionrun.org/
I am in charge of organizing a post-race raffle, and am asking for your help, PTC'ers. If there is anything that your company, friend, spouse, etc would be able to donate or suggest to Lower Merion's Education Foundation, please let me know. I am looking for small gift cards, t-shirts, water bottles, etc that I can raffle off to the students and LM families after the run.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
