Hey all! I just joined the PTC (it was great to meet some of you last Sunday!), and I was hoping to chat nutrition to get everyone's tips. I am getting ready for my first tri this summer, and feel like I haven't really figured out the nutrition part of the training yet. Does anyone have any tips for how (and how much) they eat throughout the day? I sit in lecture or work in the clinics (I'm in vet school all day) and I usually work out at night during the week. I feel like I might be eating too much at the wrong times. Any thoughts are most appreciated! Thanks
