I live in Conshohocken and swim at Roxborough YMCA. I usually get a lane to myself, except during the evenings on Mon and Tues. Those seem to be the peak hours, and you pretty much have to accept sharing a lane.
Sucks to have to bite the bullet and buy a gym membership after I had been using Villanova's pool for free, but I needed a pool that I knew would be open. I looked around and didn't find a similar (read: "free") pool.
