Being fit and limber like aerobically or doing splits is not Wing Chun's thing. If your more interested in doing that then Wing Chun is not for you. Trust me on that. I'm 6 feet and 250 pounds of fat and i'm just stiff as hell. But I can do Wing Chun. Which is good enough for me. I have to work out aerobically outside of Wing Chun because Wing Chun is too efficient with generally small fast moves to get any aerobic benefit. See ya!
