If you look at the progression it's full of 7th chords. These are the main clues as to the key centres involved as a 7th chord normaly only exists in one major and one minor key. E7 -> Am implies the key of A minor because E7 is only found in the keys of A major and A minor. Often music will modulate from one key (centre) to another. The most common way to do this is through the use of 7th chords - which have a natural tendency to lead you to a new key centre.
