I don't have the music in front of me, but some basic guidelines for a paper (or essay): form a thesis--in this case, you might examine the row for any unusual or interesting elements and see how those elements are played out in the song. For example, is there a P5 in the row? If so, does that interval figure prominently in the song, like in a cadential figure? (Thesis statement example: the row has a P5 between the hexachords, and this essay will show how the P5 interval relate sets up the cadences.)
Another way to go is to look at the song in terms of form and how the form relates to the row.
