Can someone take a look at this part writing / chords?

Is there anyone who could please take a look at this attached GIF file, and especially the area of the 3 red boxes that I have added to the image? I'm trying to figure out if it is ok to have the notes this far apart, and if not, how should I voice it so that everything would turn out ok? Thanks for any help that can be provided! The piece is a blues piece for clarinet and piano. I've put a link with this message to a screencap of the parts.
