Does this qualify as a music theory book?

Hi,

Was just wondering what a well grounded music theorist would make of this offering:

Even though symmetrically reflecting scale formulas is well established, I'm not sure an investigation into defining an actual mirror structure has been conducted. Any criticism would be appreciated.
