One way they're listed:

mm7 - G-Bb-D-F aka "Minor 7th"
mM7 - G-Bb-D-F# aka "Minor-major 7th"
MM7 - G-B-D-F# aka "Major 7th"

And you can make your own. By defintion, a seventh chord has a root, third, fifth, and seventh, each successive component a third above the last in close position. The voicings on some of these make all the difference, but you might have to start with the chord stacked in thirds (close position), and then figure out what vertical order sounds best in the context.
