You have to consider the NONHARMONIC TONES in the music. You can read a page about them in musictheoryresources.com, first aid section. What you've written here are not chords, even if they are simultaneous. Most likely, you'll take a beat, 2 beats, or possibly the whole measure into consideration to discover the harmony--everything else is a nonharmonic tone (neighbor, passing, appoggiatura, escape, suspension, anticipation, changing, pedal, or auxiliary). Don't give up! Nonharmonic tones are really fun to work with.
