I'm experimenting with interesting/nice-sounding combinations of atonal groupings with traditional usual harmonic sounds. Many of the "strange" chords or note aggregates resolve nicely to the more familiar chords (suspended chords are a simple example, but the idea can be expanded), and it helps to study both kinds of aggregates with one system of notation. I like the choice of T and E for ten and 11. I considered using X and Y for 10 and 11, then decided to use commas to separate the notes, as in (0, 1, 4, 10, 11). But <014TE> is certainly more compact!
