Sorry I can't think of one. And if you're looking for one it's gonna be pretty difficult. The cadence would obviously be in a major key and would be a deceptive mode mixture cadence. While it's not impossible it'll be rather hard. I mean Frank Ticheli ended his "Wild Nights" piece a half step higher than expected by raising the tonic triad.
