practical uses for C#/Cb major and A#/Ab minor scales?

Hi, I am making a chart of usefull musical information and on my section for key signatures I am debating on putting C# and Cb major (A#, Ab minor) key signatures on it. I know they are listed on the official circle of fifths but are there any real reasons either of these would be used in written music? Or does anyone know any compositions where they were used? It seems more logical to use Db or B major instead. thanks for ideas
