Music Theory "analysing Don't cry for me Argentina"

Hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me?
I have to do an analysis on the song form Evita "Don't cry for me Argentina" but i am so bad at music theory. In the chord progression i was wondering why on the C# and Csus4 sections there is an E# as this is not in the key of C#minor, is it just an accidental?
If anyone can explain i would be so greatful
