Ah, ok.
Now I have understood.
In classical harmony notation we use those numbers. (It derives from "Basso Continuo").
However,I would suggest that an inversion cannot be titled with another chord.
For example, second inversion (6/4) of C Major triad cannot be called G 4/6 (using a modern terminology).
And it cannot be considered a delay of third and fifth of G major triad.
It is just an inversion that is a different position of the chord.
