This is an article dealing with "MOFS" or self-similar series. On second thought, it turns out that this article *does* provide an *excellent* list of self-similar series. I didn't see this at first because of the way the article is written and because the rows are presented in rotated form, in integer notation, so it's hard to spot the patterns. my bad.
