Bruce Benward's "Harmony in Theory and Practice" is very good. Stay away from Ottman. If you know keys, chords, and the major and minor scales, you could use Greg Steinke's "Harmonic Materials in Tonal Music." You should be able to find these on Amazon.com. The Steinke assumes you know a few things; it doesn't provide the basic theory you probably learned in piano lessons. I believe the Benward starts pretty close to the beginning of it all.
