Booking the test

I've been working towards my grade 5 Music Theory for a while now, so I can continue with grade 6 violin, and I think I'm OK with most things, it's just now I need to book the exam!!
My teacher told me I should be able to book it online, but I've spent ages and found nothing.
Does anyone know how to book a music theory exam please?
